HELP WANTED

Customs & Classics is always busy with restorations, custom projects or street rods.

Although we may not be advertising a particular employment position available,

we are willing to accept applications from qualified technicians at any time.

We have the ability to create a position for the right tech with the desired experience and

attitude due to the flexibility of the existing team and the various skills required to obtain a

position restoring, customizing and rodding at the high level Customs & Classics is reputed for.

Restoration tech with experience on pre 1970's vehicles. Must be all about quality, focus and attention to detail and

be able to work as a team. Must have own tools, be dependable and have good integrity and work ethics.

Our shop is always busy and our clients have high expectations. Would you like to work on awesome cars,

have a real sense of accomplishment and be part of the absolute best shop in the region? Many shops not

only perform substandard work but pay substandard wages to substandard help, NOT US!

Tired of restoration shops who can't make payroll, have no work, perpetuate poor quality work,

have no license or worker's comp, or have no clue?

This is not a hobby shop or goof-off club or a shop for Prima-Donnas and know-it-alls.

Want to be serious about a good career? Then give us a call. Some flexibility in the position available and skills required.

Our wood shop is used heavily for wood coaches. Sandblasting is gently performed in house to assure a clean surface without warping or excess pitting. A full compliment of rotisseries, racks, hoists, lifts, unibenches, and frame gauges ensure the proper handling of your vehicle and components as well as allowing our technicians to work more comfortably. We fabricate sheet metal parts for restorations or custom applications. True metal finish is available if desired. We welcome aluminum bodied cars. MIG and TIG welding is performed to perfection. Lead work is also done in house.
Mechanical repairs, large or small, are an integral part of any project and we offer complete mechanical services, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs including engines, cooling, suspension, brakes, electrical and wiring, hydraulics, glass, and more. Body and paint is performed to exacting standards. Special attention is given to properly repairing any existing rust, and preventing future rust from occurring. Doors, hoods, and deck lids are carefully fit and aligned to operate well and look pleasing. High quality fillers and primers are applied at appropriate stages. We are committed to providing the best quality product while retaining the vision of the project owner, and providing fair, honest billing procedures.
